These terms cover your use of Colour Sort, a game made by Deengle Limited ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

Using the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Colour Sort on Apple or Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies. If these terms and Apple's disagree, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the game, or use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with it.

Coins, Flips and other in-game items

Coins, Flips, themes and other in-game items are a limited licence to use features inside the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and can't be transferred or sold.

You can earn coins by playing, or buy coin packs with real money through Apple or Google Play. Tips are optional, buy nothing in the game, and unlock only a thank-you Supporter badge and theme. Surprise boxes are only ever earned by playing, never sold.

The timer challenge and Streak use in-game coins only. They are games of skill: you win coins by solving puzzles in time. Nothing depends on chance, and nothing can be won that has value outside the game.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and handled under their terms. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or to Google Play at support.google.com/googleplay. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Your progress

Your progress is saved on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. If you delete the game without iCloud, or lose your device, your progress and in-game items may be lost, and we can't restore them.

Changes and availability

We may update the game, change levels, prices or features, or stop offering the game. We will try to give notice of major changes in the game or on this page. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

Liability

The game is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be error-free or available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
